Any one of the law enforcement degrees is taught by extremely knowledgeable professors who are caring and will take the extra time to help if you need it. The campus itself is ran down. The campus safety officers are jerks as they think that they are above everyone. The university police also feel like they are above all, and there is practically no party/bar scene because the cops are quick to shut it down. There isn't too much to do in the town of vincennes in general, but a 1 hour drive north or south and you are in Terre haute or evansville. I personally enjoy VU, but would reccomend moving off of campus ASAP.

Vu has to be the worst college ever in the USA, or atleast in indiana. The dining hall is disgusting, there isnt anything exciting to do. The campus is dull, dingy and boring. The police literally patrols campus grounds 24/7 picking on students for no reason at all. The parties are fun, we have a bowling alley and also great food in the student union those three things are what makes the school even worth going too. The housing is entirely too much unless you live in Clark Hall which is the nicest hall on campus, which i live in. The staff and teachers here are friendly for the most part, although i have experienced racism. The part of the town that Vincennes university resides in looks like drug houses. I wouldn't recommend VU to anybody i honestly think they should close down and remodel the whole university.
