Overall, the teachers were nice but they provide no real value other than the external scenery and atmosphere. The students are predominantly in agreement that there is no real benefit educationally. The classes are extremely difficult but do not necessarily coincide with the major you wish to pursue, also there is a limit to how many classes you can take. There is no flexibility in terms of choosing classes that you are interested in, and the dorm life is ok. The food is good too but limited once you have it every day and the places outside campus aren't unlimited.

DePauw is the most exciting place you could come right after high school. Don't get me wrong, academics are tough and we're nearly in the middle of nowhere. However, everyone gets along with everyone and all of the students and (most) faculty are extremely friendly. It's easy to get distracted here because there's always something going on, but if you really set your mind to it, you can handle a both an awesome social life and earn the grades you want. And we can't forget the DePauwties... We're the 13th best party school in the nation!
