Webber International University is situated in Babson Park, Florida, along the shores of Crooked Lake, approximately 60 miles east of Tampa and 70 miles southwest of Orlando. Established in 1927 as a women's college by Roger Babson, the institution transformed into a co-educational university and maintains a business-focused academic tradition. The 110-acre campus features Spanish-Mediterranean architecture typical of central Florida's historic institutions, with most academic activities centered around Grace Hall and the Yowell Building. Webber is known for its business programs, particularly sport business management and accounting, while also offering degrees in criminal justice studies and occupational therapy assisting. Students reside in one of four residence halls on the waterfront campus, and the university competes in the NAIA Sun Conference with notable programs in women's volleyball and men's golf.
