If you are a student, former student, faculty member or parent, please help guide other prospective students by sharing your personal experiences at this college. What is it really like to go to Aviator College of Aeronautical Science and Technology?
I went to this school and absolutely do not recommend. The airplanes are old, not well maintained. This school has a history of mechanical issues. They will claim 50 working aircraft but that is a lie. They want your money and don't care about you. Please find a new school. Aviator is the worst flight school I've seen and ive been to a few. They lie about pricing and are all buddy buddy until they get your money.

Terrible administration, terrible housing (no maintenance and disgusting state), rude. I all started wrong when saying my soon needed to be in the college at a certain dat and then the Visa App stated another. At the end 2 days before we had to organise everything in a rush. Nothing is formal. He moved all the way there and spent 1,5 months in the English course, he was told he couldn't go back home (outside the US) for Thanksgiving, I called and talked to the director. After that he was told he needed to go back home to solve his "sleeping problems" and that he could go back as soon as a doctor gave him the ok. After 45 days he sent the ok paper from the doctor and then found out he was not accepted to continue studying there. No explanation at all. He wrote an email asking for the reason, no answer. They told him the reimbursement was ready in a check to pick it up. He just did and realised they didn't charge for the tuition or the housing. I guess this is to avoid any complaints by saying he was not charged. Not a place to recommend or to go. They are good selling the school but that's it. There is something strange about that place. I am happy my son is out of it and starting his studies somewhere else. Avoid it.

It is a great school to learn about aviation. The instructors do care about their students which is plus. Dorms can be nasty if you have roommates that dont clean after themselves. Managment is okay and their fleet is currently upgrading. Their check instructors are fair except two because they are scared to fly.
