Naugatuck Valley Community College (NVCC), established in 1962, is a public two-year educational institution located in Waterbury, Connecticut. Nestled within a diverse, urban setting approximately 30 minutes from the city of New Haven, NVCC offers a wide range of associate degree and certificate programs, with particular emphasis on healthcare, advanced manufacturing technology, and public safety. NVCC is characterized by an open admissions policy, ensuring access to higher education for a broad demographic of students.
