Former student who was a cadet there many years ago. Sucked and transferred out. Thought it was overrated. Cadets are full of themselves and weren?t leaders in my opinion. Don't recommend!

Great opportunity to lay the foundation early in your career, to develop those quality of character and discipline that will be expected in your career. This is a unique environment not for everyone but the more buy-in you have to the system and process, the more value you will get out of your USAFA experience.
