Review from mother-Aims staff doesn?t know how to counsel their new students. We were given inaccurate information. This ended up costing us almost $500 for attending class for a little over a week. We petitioned the charge and we?re told it could not be waived bc nobody came forward and said they gave inaccurate information. My son was a brand new student and relied on staff to provide accurate information. No empathy and the records department just stopped responding. I have been trying to escalate this situation since November. I would never recommend this school to anyone and will continue to give my feedback on every review possible!
