BEST CHOICE I COULD HAVE POSSIBLY MADE! UCI is such an up and coming school, getting more prestigious every year. Lots of diversity. Ranked number 1 nationally for low income students, who later become high net worth individuals. Super eco-friendly (first campus with electric busses). People may say the party scene is lame, but I lived on the Newport Beach Peninsula my junior/senior year which is where the bars/party scene is located. And how many college students can literally afford to live on the beach?? It's a once in a lifetime experience! Amazing study abroad program. Great sports. World renowned professors. Free counseling resources, career center, tutoring, disability services. They JUST redid the freshman dorms/dining hall, and they are BEAUTIFUL! Great alumni network upon graduation too! I don't have enough great things to say about UCI.
