Pacific Union College (PUC) is a private liberal arts college affiliated with the Seventh-day Adventist Church, nestled in the picturesque Napa Valley in Angwin, California, approximately 70 miles north of San Francisco. Founded in 1882, PUC holds the distinction of being the only four-year college in Napa County and stands on a rural 1,900-acre property known for scenic forested views and a tranquil campus atmosphere. The college offers a broad range of undergraduate programs with notable emphasis on health sciences, business, and aviation, reflecting its strong focus on service-oriented careers. The academic environment is relatively less selective in admissions, aiming to provide a diverse and inclusive educational experience. On-campus living is an integral part of student life at PUC, with multiple residence halls available for students. While the college maintains various athletic teams known as the Pioneers, it is not predominantly recognized for a focus on intercollegiate athletics.

In the most recent statistical year 1,364 prospective students applied, and 661 were granted admission.  Of those admitted 112 enrolled in the school.  678 students are enrolled on a full time basis, and 192 attend part time. In-state tuition for 2022/2023, excluding room and board, is $32,655 plus fees of $1,023.
