The 125-acre campus, established in 1954, features modern academic buildings and facilities set among a wooded, hillside environment approximately 15 minutes from downtown Oakland. Merritt College is recognized for its Landscape Horticulture program, which includes demonstration gardens and greenhouses, as well as its Administration of Justice and Radiologic Science programs.
