Los Angeles Mission College (LAMC) is a public community college located in the suburban setting of Sylmar, within the San Fernando Valley region of Los Angeles, California. It was established in 1975 as the ninth college in the Los Angeles Community College District. The campus features contemporary architecture with a range of facilities catered toward enriching its diverse student body's educational experience. LAMC offers a broad spectrum of associate degrees, certificates, and transfer programs, notably excelling in fields such as Culinary Arts, Child Development, and Computer Applications and Office Technologies.
