Golden West College is a public community college located in Huntington Beach, California, situated one mile from the Pacific Ocean and 35 miles southeast of Los Angeles. The 122-acre suburban campus, established in 1965, features modern classroom buildings and educational facilities surrounded by landscaped grounds. Operating within the Coast Community College District, Golden West College provides transfer programs to four-year universities and offers career technical education across more than 60 academic and vocational programs, with notable strengths in nursing, criminal justice, and automotive technology.
