The University of Central Arkansas (UCA), located in Conway, Arkansas, approximately 30 miles north of Little Rock, is a public institution founded in 1907. The university is set on a suburban 350-acre campus, which features a blend of modern and historic architecture, including the iconic Harding Centennial Plaza. UCA offers a comprehensive array of undergraduate and graduate programs, with notable emphasis on health sciences, education, business, and physical therapy. The university maintains a moderately selective admissions process. Residential life is an integral part of the UCA experience, with a range of housing options available for students. While UCA competes in NCAA Division I athletics as a member of the Southland Conference, it is particularly known for its achievements in football and basketball.
