Southeast Arkansas College (SEARK), located in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, is a public institution established in 1991 as a result of the merger between Arkansas Vocational-Technical School and Pines Industrial College. Situated approximately 45 miles south of the state capital, Little Rock, SEARK provides a suburban campus environment with extensive technical and academic offerings, particularly known for its Nursing and Allied Health programs. This commuter college does not provide on-campus housing, but it offers a range of associate degrees, certificates, and non-credit workforce development courses. With an open admissions policy, SEARK attracts students interested in vocational training and higher education within a non-residential setting, serving as an accessible entry point to postsecondary education and professional advancement for the local community.

Southeast Arkansas College has an open admission policy which permits enrollment by any high school graduate or GED holding student.  192 students are enrolled on a full time basis, and 706 attend part time. In-state tuition for 2022/2023, excluding room and board, is $3,000 plus fees of $1,200.
