Shelton State Community College

Shelton State Community College operates two campuses in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, with its main location situated on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and a second facility dedicated to technical programs at C.A. Fredd Campus. Located in western Alabama's largest city, the college serves as one of the state's comprehensive community colleges and maintains close ties with the University of Alabama. The institution offers associate degrees, certificates, and workforce development programs, with particular emphasis on health sciences, industrial manufacturing, and performing arts through its Alabama School of Fine Arts program.
