Northern Virginia Community College (NOVA), located in Annandale, Virginia, is a public institution established in 1964 and serves as one of the largest community colleges in the United States. Situated within proximity to the nation's capital, Washington, D.C., NOVA offers a diverse and comprehensive range of academic programs, with notably popular majors in liberal arts and sciences, health professions, and business management. As an open-access college, NOVA is characterized by non-competitive application selectivity, aiming to provide higher education opportunities to all applicants.
