Miami University, located in Oxford, Ohio, is a public research university founded in 1809 with a campus renowned for its red brick Georgian-style architecture. Situated in a small college town, the university is approximately 35 miles north of Cincinnati, offering a blend of rural charm and proximity to urban amenities.
