East Carolina University (ECU), located in Greenville, North Carolina, is a public institution that was founded in 1907. Situated in a small urban area, the university's campus embodies a blend of modern and traditional architecture and offers on-campus living options to its students. ECU operates on a semester-based academic calendar and is noted for its academic programs in business, education, nursing, and fine arts.
