If you are a student, former student, faculty member or parent, please help guide other prospective students by sharing your personal experiences at this college. What is it really like to go to St Louis College of Pharmacy?
First of all, this college is now a seven-year program with 3 years of undergrad, and four years of a professional pharmacy program. Graduates receive a bachelors in either Health Sciences or Health Humanities after 4 years, then if they continue the program, receive their PharmD after an additional 2 years of schooling and 1 year of rotations. I think this college has a high reputation. I would recommend it for students who like a small college atmosphere. The professors are actual doctors in the pharmaceutical practice, and the curriculum focuses on making higher level pharmacists. Living conditions are scarce and expensive due to the school not having enough dorm rooms on campus for all of their students. There are plenty of apartments though in the Central West End area of St. Louis to live in. Overall, what is the shining jewel of this campus is its academics. Many students are sought after across the nation and the world after graduating from this college.
