Rust College is a private, historically Black liberal arts college located in Holly Springs, Mississippi, approximately 35 miles southeast of Memphis, Tennessee. Founded in 1866 by the Freedman's Aid Society of the Methodist Episcopal Church, this institution is one of the oldest of such colleges in the United States.
