The institution, established in 1908 as the Second District Agricultural & Mechanical School, operates on a 516-acre central campus that includes working farms and agricultural research facilities. ABAC maintains a strong focus on agriculture, natural resources, and rural studies, while also offering programs in nursing, business, and liberal arts.
