I am seriously considering taking Chapman off of my resume. Folks I've interviewed with are relieved when I explain to them that I didn't fit into the social scene there. I thought the school system was more standardized than it is, but my impression is that employers don't take this school seriously.

Chapman was an excellent academic and social experience for my son. He graduated in 2016 and was able to successfully work three internships that all offered him positions when he graduated. He joined a fraternity and his best brothers were from Oregon and Florida. The fraternity held events to introduce them to professionals in different areas. My son met his future employer at one of these events. He has become a successful commercial real estate broker and, without help from his family, purchase his first home in Orange County California. He met his wife at Chapman and she is his love and life. God chose them for each other. Her family is from Orange County and are great humans.

Having an academic background I have to admit that CU off course is not the best option available in Greater LA area. However, it is defiantly one of top 5 schools. It is much affordable comparing to UCI, USC and UCLA. Some really descent professors and variety of majors. I guess this is one of most important factors.
